The last known address for Lewis was in Missouri, but he is believed to have fled in Mexico.

CAUTION

Todd Lewis allegedly committed fraud with multiple programs funded by the CARES Act. It is alleged that Lewis received fraudulent CARES Act funds from the Kansas Eviction Prevention Program (KEPP) and PUA unemployment insurance from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) and Kansas Department of Labor (KDOL) to which he was not entitled to receive. Lewis remains a fugitive with active arrest warrants and his whereabouts are unknown. Attempts to locate Lewis revealed negative results.
