The OIG also addresses allegations of criminal activity and serious misconduct involving DOL employees. Moreover the OIG has jurisdiction to investigate allegations of labor racketeering and organized crime influence in the workplace, including the misuse of union benefit plan assets or power, labor-management relations, and internal union affairs.
You do not need to provide your name or any other identifying information in order to file a complaint with the OIG Hotline. However, we will not be able to contact you if we need to seek additional information about your complaint if you choose to remain anonymous.
