CAUTION

Holland is a former state workforce agency contractor that used her access to the state’s unemployment system to manipulate unemployment insurance (UI) claims.  The scheme resulted in Pandemic Unemployment Assistance benefits paid to ineligible individuals as well as Holland herself fraudulently collecting over $57,000 in UI benefits.
